ARTIST'S STATEMENT
Maret Kunze-Roche is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist, energy reader and Colorpuncturist. She combines her understanding of healing with intuition based in unknowing and color. Each work becomes a place of expansion and discovery. She is happy making color, listening, following and becoming.
Through color and detail, her paintings provide alive images that interact with the viewer. She feels her work supports well-being and healing, that the paintings can change once they are in their new homes, realigning to the owner’s energy.
Currently, she is painting paintings for toddlers and young children, reflective of their life.
